Who We Are Seeking:
We seek a talented and experienced Cloud Engineer to operate and harden our design and deploy our services and network on AWS. Your Role and Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS utilizing Terraform
Automate deployment processes, infrastructure monitoring, and management;
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using native AWS, Azure DevOps or Github Actions.
Ensure high availability and scalability of cloud services;
Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices throughout the software development lifecycle;
Monitor and optimize the performance and costs of AWS infrastructure;
Manage and resolve production incidents, implementing prevention measures;
Prepare and maintain technical documentation of infrastructure and processes;
Implement security practices in cloud infrastructure, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
Essential Qualifications:
Solid experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and its services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS, ECR, etc.);
Experience with automation tools and configuration management (Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation);
Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, preferably with AWS CodePipeline and Azure DevOps
Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes);
Familiarity with cloud security practices and DevSecOps;
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment;
Advanced English, both spoken and written.
Desirable Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, and 10 years of equivalent professional experience;
AWS certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer);
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
Experience working with international, cross-functional, and remote teams;
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
