We are seeking a Project Manager with 5+ years of experience in agile software delivery, capable of leading projects end-to-end (from discovery to go-live) and organizing demands into a structured roadmap.
This role requires a proactive, communicative, and collaborative professional with fluent English and availability for a hybrid work model in Caxias do Sul, RS.
Key Responsibilities
• Capture and organize ideas and requirements into a roadmap
• Manage the execution and delivery of client projects using agile methodologies
• Design and implement product discovery methods (Product Discovery)
• Ensure all projects are delivered successfully, following established processes, methodologies, and timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues that arise during project execution
• Lead overall project management activities, including time estimation, planning, and resource allocation
• Develop project plans and estimate the quality and quantity of resources required for successful implementation
Requirements
• Degree in IT/Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
• Must be based in Caxias do Sul/RS or available for hybrid work in the city
• Familiarity with technology and software development processes
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager using agile methodologies
• Experience delivering software projects from scratch (end-to-end implementation)
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and similar platforms
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with teams and clients
• Proactive profile, with quick thinking and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Advanced/ Fluent English
